Evaluation: Finding the good ones..?

There are already numerous guidelines or standards in evaluating a good research paper. Each organization or areas has its own unique or different way of evaluation according to the specific area of research topic. Even though there are many process or guidelines of evaluating research papers as there are many areas of concern of a research topic, they have a common similarity, which you could say the very important factor of all. It is important to state that even though a research paper is carefully and majestically done and presented, the most significant thing a research is its contribution to the human knowledge or its effect on the focused area. To add to this point, you may produce and present a research paper according to the standards or expectations of the evaluator but the point of the research must not be disregarded, which is the product and aim of the research itself. In general terms, for a research paper to be generally good and efficient, it must address to solve or help solve a significant problem and/or contribute to the addition of human knowledge. And all other things must only come after that.
